Administrative Assistant, Superintendent Dr. E. Andre Sykes Sr., is the eldest and only male child of the Late Elder Otis & Missionary Lillie Sykes. He grew up in a Bible-teaching church, St. Lawrence Church of God in Christ, where he was one of the Youth Department Choir Directors as well as the Church drummer.

God then moved Pastor Sykes to join the True Light Temple Church of God in Christ to work alongside his Father-in-law, Pastor James A. Thurston Jr., where he served faithfully until God called him to Pastor, the Christian Love Deliverance Center Church of God in Christ for the last 27 years now.

Pastor Sykes serves as District Superintendent of the Hosanna District, was appointed Pastor of the Peter Rock Church of God In Christ on December 9, 2018, and on September 10, 2022, was Elevated to Administrative Assistant, all under the Leadership of Bishop James E. Washington.

Pastor Sykes is the husband of one wife of 40 years, Co. Pastor, Missionary Linda M. Sykes and the father of 3 children, Edward Andre Jr., Sabrina Kandyce, and Daniel James. 1 Daughters-in-law, Brittany, 1 Son-in-Law, Robert, 12 Grandchildren, Davion, Maykala, Malachi, Alaysia, Kaden, Darius, Wyatt, Lianna, DeAndre, Jayce, Daniel Jr. and Noah.
